I graduated from Bastyr University’s Masters of Science in Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine program in 2015 and am certified through the NCCAOM: National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and Chinese Herbal Medicine. I have been practicing since 2016.

As an East Asian Medicine Practitioner (EAMP), I specialize in pain relief, digestive health and mental wellness. That being said, I see a wide variety of health conditions and people with diverse treatment goals.

I was trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) which is an umbrella term for these ancient natural healing practices: acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and cupping massage. While it is likely that many ancient cultures practiced some form of acupuncture, we have the earliest records from China over 2500 years ago. Nowadays, acupuncture is acknowledged by the World Health Organization and even recently by the FDA as a beneficial therapy and pain relief alternative to opioid medications.

I am passionate about teaching herbalism: medicine made from plants, fungi and minerals. My practice combines the elemental pattern analysis from TCM with my European folk medicine roots.

What fascinates me most about this medicine is the power of intentional thought to create radiant physical, emotional and spiritual health. Any person of any age and from every walk of life can benefit from herbalism and acupuncture. I look forward to working with you and your loved ones!
